Rather than introducing overwhelming changes, we focus on simple, realistic adjustments that fit naturally into everyday life, helping create progress that feels achievable, sustainable, and supportive for both you and your child.

Our Story

It all started with a simple idea I had:

Sleep is like a train. Every evening, each child has their own "Night Train" pulling into the station at just the right time. If they're ready, they catch it with ease and drift off peacefully.

But if they miss it — well, that's probably why you're here.

As a mother of three and a sleep consultant, I've spent years helping families navigate the ups and downs of children's sleep. Through both my professional work and my own experience at home, I've learned that sustainable sleep routines need to work in real family life — not just in theory.

That simple idea became The Night Train.

Today, we help families recognise their child's unique Night Train and catch it right on time.
